Mr. Bosshardt is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and certified Roadway Safety Professional (RSP) with 15 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, specializing in strategic design, roadway and Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) design, safety analysis, and technical leadership for complex alternative delivery projects.

He brings extensive experience supporting Design-Build (DB), Modified Phase Design-Build (MPDB), and Design-Build-Finance-Operate-Maintain (DBFOM) pursuits, with a particular focus on Alternative Technical Concept (ATC) development, design optimization, constructability, delivery risk mitigation, and procurement-phase technical strategy. His experience spans initial teaming and proposal development through post-award design execution.

His project portfolio includes major highway and managed lanes programs across the United States, including the I-285 Top End Express Lanes P3 in Georgia, Moving I-4 Forward in Florida, the Portsmouth Bypass P3 in Ohio, and multiple I-65 and I-69 Design-Build programs in Indiana. He has supported the development and evaluation of technical solutions intended to improve cost certainty, constructability, safety performance, and overall project delivery.

Recognized for his expertise in interactive roadway safety analysis and performance-based geometric design, Mr. Bosshardt previously served on the Federal Highway Administration IHSDM Steering Committee, providing private-sector input to national software development. He has also presented technical work at the Transportation Research Board Conference in Washington, D.C., and the Purdue Road School Conference at Purdue University.
