Project Description

The DIA Great Hall Project was a major terminal redevelopment initiative at Denver International Airport (DEN) aimed at improving passenger processing, security screening capacity, and overall terminal operations.

The project involved the complete reconfiguration of Levels 5 and 6 of the Jeppesen Terminal, along with targeted modifications to Levels 3 and 4, to improve passenger circulation, enhance security operations, and modernize the terminal’s operational layout.

The redevelopment was designed to enhance the overall passenger experience while improving the efficiency of airport operations at one of the busiest airports in the United States. The original project had an estimated construction cost of approximately $650 million.
