Mr. Wirtz is a Licensed Professional Engineer with over 15 years of experience in heavy civil infrastructure, specializing in construction engineering, scheduling, cost and risk analysis, claims management, and preconstruction advisory for large-scale transportation projects. He has supported high-profile Design-Build, Progressive CMGC, and Public- Private Partnership (P3) (DBFOM) programs across the United States, with direct involvement in highway, rail, aviation, and transit projects exceeding several billion dollars in total value.

Currently serving as Director of Operations & Finance at Magnitvde Infra, she oversees company-wide operational, financial, administrative, and people-related functions across Magnitvde’s entities in the United States and Spain. She acts as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, supporting organizational growth, governance frameworks, and scalable internal systems aligned with long-term firm objectives.
